Take a Look! Holiday Wrapping Inspiration from Impak

It’s beginning to feel a lot like…the season of giving. The holiday tunes in full rotation, the festival of bright lights, and the endless cups of cocoa get us in the holiday spirit. As joyous as this time of year is, it also can be fretful as we grapple with “the perfect gift.” Handing gift out to family, friends, or, even a complete stranger, can create long lasting memories for those who receive them. While we can’t help you decide what to get for Aunt June or Uncle Bobby, we can offer a few suggestions for creative wrapping. When we asked our team to share their ideas, uber-creative Project Manager Brae Shaw jumped at the task sharing several of her favorites in holiday packaging.

Brae first recommended turning to outlets like Pinterest or Instagram for brainstorming purposes. Check out some of her favorite packaging selections below— hand-picked for their style, uniqueness and intention.

After looking online and walking up and down the wrapping aisles at stores, Brae said she often takes inspirations home and does her own DIY wrapping. “I love wrapping gifts,” Brae said. “It’s one of my favorite things, truly an art form! Packaging is about presentation. I only wish people appreciated how things were wrapped as much as I do!” Brae gets the chance to explore new wrapping styles all year long through her work at Impak. For example, these easy-to-apply sticker bows Impak created for Pottery Barn.

Another holiday favorite from Impak Sales Manager Alison Anderson is from Dylan’s Candy Bar. https://www.dylanscandybar.com/Glitter-Christmas-Tree-Of-Chocolate.html “My favorite holiday packaging this year is the Minty Little Christmas Tree Box from Dylan’s Candy Bar,” said Anderson. “The glitter tree-shape tube is fun and festive and makes the perfect holiday hostess gift!”

So, if you find yourself having a hard time with choosing holiday wrapping this 2018 Christmas season, find inspiration online or get out into the stores! As Brae said, “There is no right or wrong way to give a gift.” Happy holly-days and a very Merry Christmas to all! We wish you the best of luck in your shopping – and wrapping - this year!
