Employee Spotlight on Tammy Chen, Project Manager

IMG_7690 (1).JPG

Project Manager, Tammy Chen is a vital asset to Impak’s Import Project Management
Team. She is originally from Taiwan and is now a liaison between the US and China for
multiple projects at a time.

Tammy is incredibly knowledgeable and brings a fantastic mix of industry experience. Her
background working in the area of cut-and-sew taught her to be extremely detail oriented,
and it also gives her the industry insider knowledge she needs to communicate client needs
to international factories. She has experience working in the financial industry, so she
enjoys numbers. But she also has a creative side with a classical music background - she
plays the piano, viola and guitar. And she is also an extremely gifted translator. But she is
best known around Impak for being a dynamic team player.

Audrey Sherrill explains, “Tammy is a such a great example of why our team is awesome.
She never lets a tough situation bring her down, she stays focused on the positive.”
Tammy radiates her positive energy throughout the office. She is known for her lightening
speed around the office that can be clocked somewhere between speed walking and
jogging. She is always buzzing around the office flashing her smile and can-do spirit.
But she does always make time to sit and answer anyone’s questions…
